Espérance Sportive Troyes Aube Champagne is a French association football club, based in Troyes. It was founded in 1900. The club was promoted to Ligue 1 for the 2005–06 season and their first Ligue 1 season was in 1954/55, and their second spell came in 1999/2000 (with the name ATAC, changed to ESTAC in 2000 due to the complaints of a French discount supermarket chain having the same name). Finishing 2006–07 season at the 18th position, they played in Ligue 2 until they were relegated again after a second from bottom finish in the 2008–09 season. This year they are back in Ligue 2, currently sitting on the top of the ladder.

The club became known as ESTAC in 2000 after the original club went bankrupt and the club was reformed. However, they won the Intertoto Cup in 2001 after beating Newcastle United on the away goals rule after the score was 4 – 4 on aggregate – all goals being scored in the second leg at Newcastle.
